Delivery
We pack every order with care and dispatch promptly. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises afterwards.
Standard delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within one to two working days, with delivery in a further two to three working days. Tracking is provided on all orders.
Express options
Faster services are available at checkout for most addresses. In eligible areas, a same-day courier option may also be offered — see the Uber Delivery page for details.
Fragrance note
Because fragrance is classed as a restricted item for air transport, some destinations may be limited to road services, which can add a day or two.
