Track My Order
Every My Glow Click order ships with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves us, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking link and reference.
Where to find your tracking
Check your dispatch confirmation email for the tracking link — this is always the most up-to-date view of your parcel's progress.
If you checked out with an account, your tracking reference also appears in Order History.
Something looks wrong?
Tracking can take a few hours to activate after dispatch. If it has not updated within 24 hours, or shows as delivered but nothing has arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
