Changed your mind? We want you to love what you bought, so we keep returns straightforward.
Eligibility
You can return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty products unless they are faulty.
How to return
Contact us with your order number to register the return, then send the item back with proof of postage. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the goods.
Faulty or incorrect items are returned at our cost — we will provide a prepaid label.
